- Privacy, confidentiality or data-protection concerns.

How to submit a complaint
Email info@praisemyweaponoutreach.org with the subject “Confidential complaint,” or use our contact page. Include what happened, when and where it happened, the people involved, and any supporting information you can safely provide. You may ask that your identity be kept confidential, although complete anonymity can sometimes limit follow-up.
Safeguarding emergencies
If a child or vulnerable person faces immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency or protection authority first. Do not delay urgent protection while waiting for an organisational response. Safeguarding guidance is available on our Safeguarding & Volunteer Conduct page.
How concerns will be handled
We aim to acknowledge a complaint, assess immediate safety and confidentiality needs, assign an appropriate reviewer, keep proportionate records and communicate an outcome where possible. Complex matters may require additional time or referral to a competent authority.
No retaliation
No person should be punished, threatened or disadvantaged for raising a genuine concern in good faith. Deliberately false or malicious reports may be addressed separately, but an unproven concern is not automatically a malicious one.
Privacy and records
Complaint information will be shared only where reasonably necessary to protect people, assess the concern, obtain advice or comply with applicable obligations. Records will be handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
